Paul Robinson is willing to fight for a starting place at Bolton Wanderers, according to his manager Owen Coyle.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has revealed that Paul Robinson is willing to fight for his place at the Reebok Stadium despite interest from a number of Championship clubs.

Robinson has been the subject of a loan enquiry from Leeds United this week while Burnley and Southampton have both shown an interest in the left-back.

Coyle said: "There has been interest from a couple of clubs and I have made Paul aware of that.

"But he is happy to battle away here for his place and that is where we are."

Despite making 20 appearances for Bolton this season, Robinson has not featured for Coyle's side since December.
