Leeds United manager Brian McDermott has insisted that his side are good enough to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
The Whites are currently six points off the playoffs in 10th, but the former Reading boss believes that improved away form could see his team in contention for promotion.
"If we can get a run of consistency going, we've got decent players, we've just got to learn how to win and what's required to win games, away from home especially," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.
"Let's see where we are at the end of December. We want to try and be right in the mix, six points off the playoffs.
"I've been here before. If we can get close to where we need to be with 20 games to go, who knows what could happen?"
Leeds take on Yeovil Town at home in the league this Saturday.
