Leeds United manager Neil Warnock has been fined £2,000 by the Football Association.
The punishment relates to the improper conduct charge that Warnock was handed for some of the things that he said to match official Mark Halsey during his side's recent trip to Millwall.
Warnock accepted the charge, but yesterday stated that he did not feel that he should be fined for the incident.
Having considered his appeal, the governing body have decided that the financial punishment should still be implemented.
However, the 63-year-old has not been given a touchline suspension.
