Leeds United have reportedly rejected a bid of £16m from an unnamed club for frontman Chris Wood.
The 25-year-old striker shone at Elland Road last season after finishing as the Championship's top goalscorer with 27 goals, leading to a number of Premier League clubs supposedly taking an interest in the New Zealand international.
One of the those clubs is thought to be Sean Dyche's Burnley, who are now in the market for another striker following the £18.5m departure of Andre Gray to Watford.
According to Sky Sports News, United have rejected a bid from a club although it is not understood to be from the Clarets, who are thought to have already had an offer of around £12m rejected.
Wood has been in good form in the early stages of the new Championship season, having scored for Leeds in their slender 3-2 win over Bolton Wanderers last weekend.
