Leicester City will reportedly make a move for Borussia Monchengladbach's Thorgan Hazard as they eye a replacement for Riyad Mahrez.

Leicester City are reportedly interested in signing Borussia Monchengladbach star Thorgan Hazard this summer.

The attacking midfielder, who is the younger brother of Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard, has been backed to join his sibling in the Premier League.

According to Kicker, Leicester have identified the 24-year-old as a replacement for Riyad Mahrez, who failed to land a move to Manchester City in the January window.

The Foxes reportedly dug their heels in over a fee, and as a result, the Algerian has been missing from training as he is not in the right frame of mind.

When the transfer window reopens, City are expected to make a fresh move for Mahrez, who has handed in two transfer requests in six months.
