Liverpool will welcome former manager Roy Hodgson to Anfield when the Reds take on West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

Liverpool will be eager to improve their record at Anfield this season when they welcome West Bromwich Albion and former manager Roy Hodgson to Anfield on Sunday.

Following Andy Carroll's winning goal in the Reds' 2-1 victory over local rivals Everton in the FA Cup semi-final last weekend, Kenny Dalglish is expected to start the towering frontman alongside Luis Suarez.

Jamie Carragher could lose his spot in defence in favour of Daniel Agger, while Jose Enrique is likely to return to the starting XI on home turf this weekend.

Meanwhile, the Baggies could arrive in the North West with Shane Long leading the line up front and Peter Odemwingie providing service from the wings.

Chris Brunt is also expected to be called on to whip crosses into the box for the 25-year-old as West Brom try to snatch three points from Liverpool.

Current form:

Liverpool: LLLDWW
West Brom: DLLWLW

Possible lineups:

Liverpool: Reina; Enrique, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson; Henderson, Gerrard, Spearing, Bellamy; Suarez, Carroll

West Brom: Foster; Jones, McAuley, Dawson, Ridgewell; Odemwingie, Mulumbu, Dorrans, Andrews, Brunt; Long

Sports Mole says: 2-1
