Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Liverpool could line up for Tuesday's Premier League clash with Southampton.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp should make significant changes for Tuesday's Premier League clash with Southampton at St Mary's.

Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah both came off with injuries in the FA Cup penalty shootout victory over Chelsea in Saturday's final, where Andy Robertson also suffered from cramp.

Fabinho will likely remain on the sidelines until the Champions League final, leaving Klopp with some major selection calls to make on the South coast.

Alisson Becker's spot in goal is seemingly not in any danger, while Joel Matip and Ibrahima Konate could form the Reds' centre-back pairing.

Kostas Tsimikas will expect to displace the fatigued Robertson after his cup-winning penalty, and Trent Alexander-Arnold could be afforded a rest as Joe Gomez starts at right-back.

Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson may both be good to go again in midfield, but Thiago Alcantara may be spared as Curtis Jones earns a rare Premier League start.

Roberto Firmino will likely find himself operating at the tip of the attack - potentially with Diogo Jota and the livewire Luis Diaz flanking him.

Liverpool possible starting lineup: Alisson; Gomez, Matip, Konate, Tsimikas; Jones, Henderson, Keita; Jota, Firmino, Diaz
