Liverpool bid for Arsenal target Mauricio Isla?

Liverpool are reportedly looking to bid for Juventus winger Mauricio Isla as the look to strengthen their defence for the new Premier League campaign.

Liverpool are reportedly planning to resurrect a bid for Arsenal target Mauricio Isla as the Chilean continues to impress at this year's FIFA World Cup.

The Juventus winger, who can play a number of positions, has interested a number of teams with both Liverpool and Arsenal reportedly looking for new right-backs.

After losing Bacary Sagna to Manchester City earlier this month, Arsenal are looking to strengthen at the back as Liverpool look to fill the position long-term as Glen Johnson's future uncertain, the Daily Star reports.

The Juve winger is valued at £15m but his price could increase if he continues to impress during the World Cup for his country.
