Liverpool are reportedly willing to sell Andy Carroll for a cut-price transfer fee of £15m this summer.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is said to be unimpressed with the 23-year-old forward, who scored four Premier League goals last season, and he has refused to rule out sanctioning a loan deal for the player.
However, Rodgers would prefer for Carroll to depart on a permanent basis and he is prepared to take a £20m loss on the £35m transfer fee which the club paid Newcastle United in January 2011, according to The Independent.
West Ham United are interested in Carroll, while Tottenham Hotspur have ruled out making a move for him.
