Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed that the club are not interested in signing Liverpool striker Andy Carroll.
It is understood that Carroll, 23, could be available on loan this summer, but the new Spurs boss has dampened claims that he could move to White Hart Lane.
"It's not fair for me to comment on that. I'm not sure of Liverpool's intentions on Andy Carroll. But he's certainly not a player we're looking for," he told reporters.
Carroll has scored just 11 goals for Liverpool since joining in 2011.
