Liverpool are reportedly willing to listen to loan offers for defender Mamadou Sakho.
The France international has not played since being suspended by UEFA for failing a drug test in April.
The case was later thrown out, but a heel injury has prevented the centre-back from featuring in the team.
As well as his fitness problems, Sakho was sent home early from Liverpool's pre-season tour of the United States by manager Jurgen Klopp for disciplinary reasons.
According to The Telegraph, Liverpool are prepared to loan out the defender, but have no intention of letting him leave on a permanent basis as they want him to build up his fitness in order to challenge for a first-team spot.
Sakho joined the Reds from Paris Saint-Germain in 2013.
