Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal with Rosenborg for midfielder Pedro Chirivella.
The 21-year-old has spent the last three years at Anfield, but it was claimed earlier this month that the Spaniard would be allowed to leave the club before the end of the transfer window.
Swansea City and Nottingham Forest have been linked with an approach for Chirivella, but according to the Liverpool Echo, the player is in line to move to Norwegian outfit Rosenborg.
The report claims that a fee - including add-ons - of £3.5m has been agreed between the two clubs, with Liverpool also possessing a buy-back option over the next three years.
Chirivella made an appearance during Liverpool's 4-1 victory over Manchester United at the weekend, but it seems that a transfer will be completed upon his return from the United States.
The player has made a total of five outings for Liverpool, with the last 18 months being spent on loan at Go Ahead Eagles and Willem II respectively.
