Carlos Tevez reportedly has no plans to return to Manchester City after he flew to Argentina last week.

Carlos Tevez has no plans to return to Manchester City after he returned to his native Argentina last week, reports suggest.

The controversial striker defied club orders to fly to Buenos Aires and sources there say that he will not be travelling back to Manchester, according to The Sun.

Tevez faces a reported fine of around £500,000 for his latest misdemeanour, after being fined two weeks' wages for refusing to warm up against Bayern Munich in September.

City boss Roberto Mancini has said that Tevez would be welcomed back into the City first team if he apologised, but Tevez has remained silent on the issue.
