Barcelona are reportedly prepared to offer Nelson Semedo to Manchester City in exchange for Joao Cancelo.
Cancelo joined the Premier League champions from Juventus last summer but has struggled to hold down a regular spot in Pep Guardiola's starting lineup.
The right-back has only made 11 league appearances this term, and according to The Telegraph, Barca have taken a liking to Cancelo.
The report claims that Quique Setien's side would prefer a swap deal due to uncertainty over finances during the coronavirus outbreak and would be willing to part ways with Semedo.
The 26-year-old has chalked up 111 appearances for La Blaugrana since his arrival from Benfica in 2017 and will see his current deal at Camp Nou expire in 2022.
Semedo has registered three assists in 21 La Liga appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
