Luke Shaw posts video to prove fitness

Luke Shaw appears to respond to Jose Mourinho's criticism of his fitness by posting an exercise video on Twitter.

Manchester United defender Luke Shaw has seemingly responded to Jose Mourinho's criticism of his fitness by posting a video of him working out.

Shaw was absent for United's 3-1 victory over Swansea City before the international break, having informed Mourinho that he was not in condition to play.

The 21-year-old spent the vast majority of last season sidelined with a broken leg and admitted that he is still not 100% fit despite returning to action during the current campaign.

Shaw was not included in the England squad for the international double-header against Scotland and Spain, and he has used his free time to continue the recovery.

Shaw has made seven Premier League appearances for United so far this season.
