Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly unhappy with his scouting department at Old Trafford.
United currently employ 58 scouts across the world, but according to the Daily Mail, the major restructuring is causing serious concern for Mourinho, who wants 'a more streamlined operation'.
The report claims that Mourinho feels that the scouting department is far too large and wants an operation similar to Borussia Dortmund, who have a committee ruling on transfers.
United tried and failed to sign a new central defender during the summer transfer window, and the team have already conceded 23 Premier League goals this season.
The Red Devils will attempt to return to winning ways when they host Arsenal on Wednesday night.
