Torino forward Andrea Belotti has reportedly expressed a desire to remain in Italy.
Belotti - who scored 26 goals in Serie A last season - has previously been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea as his stock in Europe continues to rise.
However, according to Corriere dello Sport, Belotti has decided that he would prefer to secure a transfer to AC Milan over making the switch to the Premier League.
It has been claimed that the 23-year-old will meet with the club's owner Urbano Cairo to discuss a potential exit from the Serie A outfit ahead of next season
Belotti still has four years remaining on his contract but given his recent form, it appears only a matter of time before a European giant is prepared to meet any asking price set by Torino.
United and Chelsea are likely to withdraw from the race to secure his signature, with United having already signed Romelu Lukaku while Chelsea are on the brink of bringing in Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata.
