Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal interested in James Rodriguez?

Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez is wanted by a trio of Premier League heavyweights as his Bayern Munich loan spell draws to a close, according to a report.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal are reportedly all interested in bringing James Rodriguez to the Premier League next season.

The Colombia international has spent the past two seasons on loan with Bayern Munich from Real Madrid.

Bayern can purchase Rodriguez on a permanent deal this summer for a fee of around £37m, but Sky Germany claims that neither party is interested in taking up that option.

Rodriguez will instead seek pastures new, with his Madrid future all but over following the return of Zinedine Zidane in March, and a trio of English clubs are looking to snap him up.

The report indicates that Liverpool, Man United and Arsenal are all keen on striking a deal for the 27-year-old, who has scored 15 goals and provided 20 assists in 67 appearances for Bayern.

European giants Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be weighing up an offer, which could drive up Rodriguez's valuation.
