Manchester United are the favourites to sign Jadon Sancho, who could leave Borussia Dortmund this summer.

Manchester United are currently the favourites to sign Jadon Sancho, should the attacker leave Borussia Dortmund in this summer's transfer window.

Manchester City were desperate to keep hold of Sancho, but the three-time England international turned down a new contract with the Premier League giants to join Dortmund ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 18-year-old has scored nine times and registered 17 assists in 41 appearances for Dortmund in all competitions, with eight of those strikes coming this season.

United will prioritise signing a new centre-back this summer, but it is understood that the Red Devils will also look to bring a wide attacker to the club.

Bookmakers BetVictor have placed United as the 4/1 favourites to sign Sancho this summer, with Chelsea at 8/1 and a host of other clubs - including Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Man City - at 10/1.

Sancho was a part of the Dortmund side that suffered a 3-0 defeat to Tottenham in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League clash on Wednesday night.
