Manchester United are reportedly still leading the race for Birmingham City youngster Jude Bellingham, despite growing interest from Borussia Dortmund.
The 16-year-old is on the radar of Europe's elite clubs after an impressive breakthrough campaign at Championship level with Birmingham.
Bellingham has just 35 appearances to his name at senior level, but City are said to be holding out for around £35m for their prized asset.
Reports in Germany earlier this week suggested that Dortmund were confident of pipping the Red Devils to Bellingham's signature.
However, The Sun claims that United are not fazed by BVB's interest and are optimistic that the teenage midfielder will instead choose a move to Old Trafford when the transfer window eventually opens.
United invited Bellingham to their Carrington training complex prior to the coronavirus pandemic for face-to-face talks with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
