Manchester United make first contact with Juventus over a move for Argentina international Paulo Dybala, according to a report.

Manchester United have reportedly made contact with Juventus over a move for Argentina international Paulo Dybala in this summer's transfer window.

Back in May, it was claimed that United were in talks with the Italian champions over a swoop for the versatile attacker ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira, the Red Devils have now made 'first contact' over a potential summer move, although Paris Saint-Germain are also in the hunt.

Juve are said to want at least £72m for the 25-year-old, which would represent a significant outlay for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, who are still said to be pursuing Leicester City's Harry Maguire and Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes.

Dybala has scored 78 goals in 182 appearances for Juve since arriving from Palermo in 2015.

The attacker struggled to find his best form during the 2018-19 season, though, netting just five times in 30 Serie A appearances.
