Andreas Pereira has said that he is confident he will be given the chance to establish himself in Manchester United's first XI this season.
The 19-year-old impressed on the Premier League club's pre-season tour of the United States in the summer, but has not yet been included in the first-team squad this term.
Pereira, however, who has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, has vowed to remain patient as he waits for his chance to feature.
"I want to have a few minutes of playing time this year to show everyone that I am a good player. I think this is normal. We have the best players in the world so I just have to be patient. I would have my chance this year, I know. I spoke with the manager, so everything is going well for me at the moment," Pereira told Goal.com.
"For me, Manchester United is the biggest club. I came here to play with the first team and win trophies. With Manchester United I want to win. I therefore do not pay attention to what happens in other clubs, I'm totally focused on Manchester United."
Pereira, who is contracted to Man United until 2018, made the move to Old Trafford from PSV Eindhoven in 2011.
