Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy has insisted that the team has what is required to secure Premier League survival this season.
The Canaries, who were promoted through the Championship playoffs last season, have lost five of their last six league fixtures and are 16th in the table as a result.
Ruddy has said that there is no need for panic following that run of form.
"All the ingredients are there," the 29-year-old told talkSPORT.
"We just need to find the balance to get the three points we have often deserved. The standards we have set ourselves have to remain in the 25 games we have left. We take each game at a time."
