Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Ipswich Town

Sports Mole previews the Championship fixture between Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town.

Second-placed Nottingham Forest go into their game with Ipswich Town on Sunday without a win in three Championship fixtures.

The East Midlands outfit made a blistering start to the campaign but goals have been hard to come by in recent fixtures, and Stuart Pearce will be hopeful that other members of his squad can complement the eight goals already scored by Britt Assombalonga.

However, despite stalemates in their last three games, Pearce is unlikely to tinker with his starting lineup after proving hard to beat since the start of August.

In sharp contrast to Forest, Ipswich started the season slowly before running into some form after their derby defeat to rivals Norwich City.

The Tractor Boys have earned 14 points from their last six fixtures to move up to fifth, despite failing to score more than two goals in any match this season

Like with their hosts, boss Mick McCarthy is likely to keep alterations to a minimum after conceding just two goals in September.
