Reading striker Pavel Pogrebnyak has conceded that he would like to continue his career in England.
Following his side's relegation to the Championship, the 29-year-old has been strongly linked with a return to his native Russia.
However, despite admitting that he would be prepared to listen to any offers, the former Fulham centre-forward has admitted that his preference would be to remain in England.
"Of course I'll check all the offers. Top teams from Russia? Of course I want to have a look at them," he told Rsport.
"But I didn't expect I would be in a situation like this. Of course, I'd prefer staying in England."
Pogrebnyak has three years left to run on his contract with the Royals.
