Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has declared that Cristiano Ronaldo must be considered among the best players he has ever worked with.
Ronaldo returned for pre-season training under new Madrid boss Ancelotti last week and bagged a brace in his first friendly of the summer - a 6-0 success against Bournemouth.
Ancelotti told reporters: "I've trained tons of talented players, but Ronaldo is a phenomenon.
"He has an incredible talent, physical quality, and I'm extremely happy to be able to coach him.
"He's very professional, and I'm convinced he's going to have a great season."
Madrid continue their pre-season preparations with a friendly against Paris Saint-Germain in Sweden later today, before flying to the United States to take part in the International Champions Cup.
