Radamel Falcao tweets to suggest Real Madrid move is imminent

Radamel Falcao tweets to suggest that he is joining Real Madrid before removing the content from his account within minutes.

Monaco forward Radamel Falcao has tweeted to suggest that a move to Real Madrid had been completed before promptly removing the message from his account.

The Colombian forward has been the subject of intense rumours this summer, with Arsenal and Liverpool among many clubs reported to be after his signature.

However, reports which have said that he will join European champions Real Madrid have gathered pace in recent days, and the 28-year-old added fuel to the fire by tweeting: "Dream come true #HalaMadrid".

However, the post was swiftly removed from his account as the saga continues to rumble on.
