Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly putting together a final contract proposal for Kylian Mbappe, as the French giants attempt to convince the attacker to sign a new long-term deal.
Mbappe's current agreement with PSG is due to expire at the end of June, and he continues to be strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Los Blancos are believed to be confident of securing the France international's signature despite recent suggestions that Mauricio Pochettino's side had not given up hope of keeping him.
According to L'Equipe, PSG are preparing a final contract offensive, which would include making him the team's new captain from the start of next season.
The report claims that Mbappe's contract talks with his current side have been at a standstill since last August, but the capital giants will make one final attempt to sign him to a fresh agreement.
The 23-year-old has again been in impressive form at club level during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring 26 goals and registering 17 assists in 37 appearances in all competitions.
Barcelona have also recently been linked with the former Monaco youngster, but the Catalan giants are not believed to be in the running for his signature this summer.
