Former Barcelona forward Hristo Stoichkov doubts that Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar will make the move to Real Madrid.

Former Barcelona forward Hristo Stoichkov does not believe that Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar will make the move to Real Madrid.

Neymar became the most expensive footballer of all time when PSG signed him from Barcelona ahead of the 2017-18 campaign, and has scored 27 times and registered 16 assists in just 26 appearances for his French club this term.

Neymar is said to be unsettled in Paris, however, and Real Madrid continue to be linked with a swoop for the Brazil international.

Despite the links, Stoichkov is finding it difficult to believe that the attacker will end up at the Bernabeu.

"I don't see him at Real Madrid," Stoichkov told Marca. "I wish him all the best for what he's doing, but I don't believe he's going to win everything he won with Barca."

Neymar will soon come head to head with Madrid when PSG lock horns with the European champions in the last-16 stage of the Champions League.
