Gareth Bale is hopeful that Tottenham Hotspur have now brought an end to their poor run of results.

Gareth Bale believes that Tottenham Hotspur have rediscovered the form that saw them dubbed title challengers earlier in the season.

Spurs had not won for five Premier League matches prior to today's 3-1 win over Swansea City earlier today.

Reflecting on his side's performance at White Hart Lane, Bale told Sky Sports News he hopes that Spurs are now over their "little blip".

"Swansea are doing great this season and made it difficult for us today, but we showed our true class," said the Wales international. "We played a great team in Swansea, knowing it would be difficult.

"When we were able to hit them we hit them hard and scored the goals we needed to.

"We hit a little blip but we feel like we're back now and hopefully heading onto a good streak towards the end of season."

Spurs are currently fourth in the Premier League table.
