Bolton Wanderers vs. Tottenham Hotspur is a match with big implications at both ends of the Premier League table. Here, Sports Mole brings you the latest team news and statistics.

A lot of the focus at this evening's encounter will be on Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba, who will be attending his first match since suffering a cardiac arrest in a match between these two sides back in March.

While Bolton boss Owen Coyle has been quick to welcome to return of the 24-year-old midfielder, he has also stressed the importance of this match to his side's chances of fighting off the threat of relegation.

Wanderers head into the fixture within the Premier League's relegation zone on goal difference. However, should they avoid defeat tonight, it will allow them to leapfrog Queens Park Rangers.

Darren Pratley has been ruled out for the home side with a virus, while fellow midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker is rated as doubtful with a muscular injury.

The game also holds plenty of significance for Spurs as Harry Redknapp's side look to tighten their grip on fourth spot.

They will have to do so without the services of England international Scott Parker, who is expected to be absent at the Reebok Stadium with an Achilles problem.

It is worth noting that Spurs have not won away from home in the Premier League in 2012, while their last victory away at Bolton was back in 1996.
