Tottenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose is reportedly set to stay at the club this month after impressing manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Rose's future in North London had been in doubt after he was left out of his side's opening two Premier League games, with Ben Davies being preferred to him by Pochettino.
However, the England international was handed his first start of the season during Monday night's 3-0 win at Manchester United, and The Telegraph reports that Pochettino was suitably impressed by his performance.
Rose is also understood to have made an impression on the manager in training, and could now be set to stay at the club beyond Friday's European transfer deadline.
Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille have been credited with an interest in the 28-year-old, but Rose is now willing to remain with Spurs in the hope of earning more regular first-team football.
However, the defender could review his options in January should he find himself behind Davies in the pecking order on a regular basis.
