Michael Laudrup has praised the attitude that his Swansea City side displayed during today's 1-1 draw with Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.
The Swans fell behind to a header from Patrice Evra with 16 minutes played and at times were put under a large amount of pressure by their visitors.
However, Spanish attacker Michu levelled before the break for the Swans, who held out for a share of the spoils.
"It was very important result, for a club like Swansea in only the second season in the Premiership," he told BBC Sport. "It was difficult and for the 10 minutes after they scored, we struggled a bit but we came back into it.
"They had the bigger chances, but we had the spirit and the players really wanted a result."
The result has left Swansea 11th in the Premier League table.
