Tranmere Rovers midfielder Andy Robinson has revealed that he is hoping to remain at the club next season.
The veteran is out of contract at Prenton Park this summer, but has an agreement in place that will enable him to extend his stay for another season.
"I want to play for as long as I can. I love the game. I'm a passionate lad and it is all I know," the Liverpool Echo quotes Robinson as saying.
"Football has been my life since a young age so I am going to play for as long as these little legs let me get around the pitch.
"I think there's something in place with my contract. I think we will sit down at the end of the season and see where that goes."
Robinson also confirmed that he is studying for his coaching badges with a view to potentially moving into management after he retires.
