West Ham United have allegedly set their sights on Ajax manager Frank de Boer as Sam Allardyce's replacement for next season.
The Dutch coach is also rumoured to have been targeted by Newcastle United, but the Hammers are reportedly ready to better the former Holland defender's current £2m-a-year deal to acquire his services and have opened talks, according to The Express.
The London club have also been linked with a move for Carlo Ancelotti, with co-owner David Sullivan revealing that they expect to make an announcement with a "big name in the next two to three weeks".
Marseille's Marco Bielsa and Sevilla's Unai Emery have been touted as possible replacements.
