Midfielder Lassana Diarra has revealed that he still hopes to complete a move to West Ham United.
The Frenchman was training with the East London club ahead of a deal last week, but FIFA blocked the move due to his contract dispute with Lokomotiv Moscow, who he claims fired him.
He told reporters: "As long as the conflict is not sorted, FIFA forbid me to play so it's so frustrating. What happened was that I got fired from a club and now I cannot play football. It's a crazy thing because I'm free.
"Hopefully it can all be resolved and the deal with West Ham can be completed."
Diarra has previously played for Chelsea, Arsenal and Real Madrid.
