West Ham United are reportedly in talks with Inter Milan over signing Davide Santon on a season-long loan.
The 25-year-old was heavily linked with a switch to Sunderland, and even arrived in the North-East to undergo a medical last month.
However, the Black Cats pulled out of a deal after negotiations between both parties reached an impasse.
Now, according to gianlucadimarzio.com, Santon is in talks to join West Ham on a season-long loan, which is expected to cost the Hammers around £460,000.
The report adds that the Premier League team will need to pay £4.9m in order to sign the full-back on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
Santon has made just 10 appearances in Serie A since returning to Inter permanently last year from Newcastle United, where he featured 82 times in the league during a four-year spell.
