Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking has praised new striker Nicklas Bendtner by stating that the player fits the club's bill perfectly.
The former Arsenal frontman put pen to paper on a three-year deal at VfL on Friday, revealing that the decision to join the club was an easy one.
"Nicklas is just the type of player we were looking for," said Hecking, as Bendtner was officially unveiled to the press.
"He fits the bill perfectly and will be a good addition to our squad."
Bendtner could get his chance to impress for the club when they begin their Bundesliga season away at Bayern Munich next weekend.
