Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Stale Solbakken has revealed that he does not expect to lose the services of Bakary Sako during the upcoming January transfer window.
The 24-year-old is believed to have impressed a handful of Premier League clubs since joining Wolves from Saint-Etienne during the summer.
As a result, the attacker has been linked with a switch away from Molineux at the turn of the year.
However, Solbakken has insisted that he has been given no indication that a move is forthcoming.
"There's nothing that points in the direction to say he's going to go," Solbakken told reporters. "So I don't think that's the case at all.
"I'm quite confident he'll stay and in fact, I'm convinced of that."
Solbakken has scored six goals so far this season.
