David Jenkins - a diving coach who was part of the Great Britain team for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics - has passed away at the age of 31.
Jenkins worked for Dive London as their Development Lead Coach, where two athletes under his tutelage - Noah Williams and Scarlett Mew-Jensen - represented GB at the Tokyo Games.
The GB coach also oversaw Williams's feats at the 2018 Commonwealth Games - where he won a silver medal in the 10 m synchro - and he received a nomination for Diving Coach of the Year at the British Swimming Awards that same year.
It is with immense sadness that British Swimming can confirm the death of diving coach David Jenkins.
