Vasco da Gama president Roberto Dinamite has insisted that the club have not received an offer from AC Milan for Dede.
The 23-year-old defender has been linked with a series of European clubs following his impressive form in Brazil. However, Dinamite has claimed that the Brazilian club have not received any offers.
"If Milan want the defender, they must come to Brazil to negotiate. Right now there are no negotiations in place. He will only leave for a considerable bid," he told Sportitalia.
Dede has two Brazilian caps to his name.
