A report claims that Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin will return to first-team training next week, despite initially being ruled out for one month with an ankle problem.

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin will reportedly return to training next week, despite suggestions that the Spain international would miss the next month of the season with an ankle problem.

Bellerin picked up the injury during his team's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on November 6 and missed the recent international break, in addition to matches against Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

The 21-year-old was initially ruled out for the next four weeks, but according to The Sun, Arsenal have been boosted with the news that the right-back will return to light training next week.

Bellerin recently signed a new six-and-a-half-year deal at the Emirates Stadium, ending suggestions of a move to Manchester City or return to first club Barcelona.
