The Premier League has today revealed the fixture list for the 2023-24 campaign, which for Arsenal begins with a home clash against Nottingham Forest.
The visit of the Tricky Trees brings an end to the Gunners' run of starting the year with a London derby away from home - as has been the case for the last three seasons - but their second and third fixtures of the season are capital clashes with Crystal Palace and Fulham respectively.
The first North London derby of the season takes place at the Emirates on September 23, prior to which they host Manchester United on September 2, having met the Red Devils at Old Trafford on September 4 last season.
A taxing start to October sees Arsenal meet Manchester City and Chelsea either side of their opening Champions League group-stage game, while for the second year running, West Ham United visit the Emirates on Boxing Day.
March also throws up a double-header with Chelsea and Man City for Mikel Arteta's side, who travel to Tottenham for the season's second North London derby on April 27 in a potentially crucial game with regard to the league table.
Old Trafford will be the venue for Arsenal's final away game against Man United on May 11, eight days before a gameweek 38 meeting with Everton at the Emirates, where the Gunners trounced the Toffees 5-1 on the final day of the 2021-22 season.
