Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool are interested in signing Barcelona and Spain superstar Lamine Yamal, according to a report.
The 17-year-old has quickly emerged as one of the finest young prospects in world football and has been included in the official list of Men's Ballon d'Or nominees for the 2023-24 season.
Yamal's value skyrocketed after his phenomenal performances helped La Roja win the European Championship, and since then, he has continued to be a key figure for Blaugrana.
However, it seems that two of England's top clubs are now considering making a move for the highly-rated teenager amid Barca's ongoing financial struggles.

Premier League clubs considering Yamal bids
According to journalist Miguel Delaney, Arsenal and Liverpool are both monitoring Yamal and considering potential bids for the winger.
The report adds that despite Barcelona's strong desire to retain one of their top talents, their ongoing financial challenges might compel them to consider a sale.
Indeed, these claims arrived just after Barcelona received a fine from UEFA for Financial Fair Play figure misreporting.
With the club's debt woes persisting, Delaney suggests that the value of their premier youth talents, including Yamal, could encourage teams to present offers that Barcelona might find too good to pass up.
Last season, Yamal racked up seven goals and nine assists in 50 appearances across all competitions, and this term, he is well on track to surpass those numbers with five goals and seven assists in just 13 matches.

Yamal hopes to remain at Barcelona
While Arsenal and Liverpool may go on to make their interest in Yamal official by tabling a bid, whether he is open to a Premier League move remains unclear, given his previous statements expressing a desire to stay in Catalonia for his entire career.
Speaking on a Spanish television show recently, Yamal said: "I hope I never leave Barca. I hope to be a legend at Barcelona. Being compared to the best in history is incredible.
"It means you're doing something right. Comparing yourself to him [Lionel Messi] is very difficult. I try to be myself and be remembered as Lamine."
Additionally, Barca president Joan Laporta recently revealed that the club has already turned down a £208m offer from Paris Saint-Germain for the 17-year-old sensation.
Yamal's current deal with Blaugara runs until the summer of 2026.
