Arsenal are reportedly considering whether to make an approach for Alvaro Morata during the summer transfer window.
The Atletico Madrid man is currently on loan at Juventus, where he has netted just 11 times in 44 appearances during the current campaign.
While the Italian giants have the option to purchase the Spain international for €35m (£29.35m), it has been suggested that they will attempt to negotiate a lower fee.
However, according to Tuttomercatoweb, Arsenal could provide competition for the frontman's signature as they desperately look to strengthen in that area of the pitch.
The report claims that the Gunners are prepared to pay €30m (£25.2m) for the former Chelsea forward, theoretically giving Atletico more leeway to remain firm on the contracted fee from Juve.
As it stands, it is unclear whether Morata would contemplate a return to London after failing to settle during his previous stint in the Premier League.
