Arsenal's hopes of retaining the services of Bacary Sagna have been boosted after the player reportedly put off any decision over his future until after the World Cup.
The 31-year-old looked destined to leave the Emirates Stadium with a number of clubs from across Europe showing interest in the defender, while the Gunners appeared to offer a deal that didn't match Sagna's expectations.
However, The Mirror claims that right-back will now wait until after he returns from Brazil this summer to reveal where he will play his football.
Arsenal have also been linked with potential replacements in recent weeks, with Southampton's Calum Chambers reported to be a target.
