Aston Villa have reportedly told interested parties to hand over £40m if they are to sign midfielder Jack Grealish this summer.
The 22-year-old is said to be a target for Premier League pair Manchester United and Leicester City, while this season's relegated clubs are also sniffing around.
Villa are in need of a cash boost after missing out on promotion to the Premier League, with the Villans unable to lose any more than £39m over a three-season period.
A number of players are available to purchase, including £60,000-a-week midfielder Grealish, but The Mirror suggests that his high valuation could put clubs off making an approach.
Grealish set up six goals and scored three more for Villa during the 2016-17 Championship campaign.
