Luis Enrique: Title win "very satisfying" for Barcelona

Barcelona manager Luis Enrique admits that it is "very satisfying" to have sealed the La Liga title with a match to spare.

Luis Enrique has admitted that Barcelona's title-clinching win over Atletico Madrid in La Liga this evening was "very satisfying".

Lionel Messi scored the only goal in the 1-0 victory over last-season's champions at the Vicente Calderon, keeping the Catalan side four points clear at the top of the table with just one match still to play.

Following the win, the manager told the club's Twitter account: "Right now I'd like to thank everyone who helped in achieving this title and our fans. There are still two titles left to find out our grade, but winning La Liga is very satisfying to us."

Barcelona will officially celebrate winning their seventh title in 10 seasons following their final match of the campaign against Deportivo La Coruna at Camp Nou next Saturday.
