Juanfran calls for two wins

Atletico Madrid defender Juanfran calls on his side to pick up six points from their final two La Liga games.

Atletico Madrid defender Juanfran has insisted that the capital outfit cannot play for a point on the final weekend of the season against Barcelona.

Providing Atletico beat Malaga and Barcelona beat Elche on Sunday, Atletico will travel to the Camp Nou next week holding a three-point lead at the top of the La Liga table.

A point would therefore be enough for Atletico to claim the title, but Barcelona would retain the trophy with victory due to a superior head-to-head record.

"It would be a mistake to think we can draw, because in two moves, Andres [Iniesta] or Leo [Messi] can win the game and we go home with nothing," Juanfran told reporters at a press conference.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, will be mathematically out of the race this season if Atletico win tomorrow.
