Report: Diego Costa trains ahead of Malaga clash

A report claims that Diego Costa trained this morning ahead of Atletico Madrid's La Liga clash with Malaga on Sunday.

Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa reportedly trained this morning ahead of Sunday's La Liga clash with Malaga in the Spanish capital.

Atletico revealed on Friday that the 25-year-old had suffered a thigh injury, which forced the Brazilian-born Spanish international to miss the final training session of the week.

However, according to AS, the powerful forward took part in a session alongside his teammates this morning, with speculation growing that he could yet make the league clash tomorrow.

Diego Simeone's side need just four points from their final two matches to win the title, but they travel to current champions Barcelona on the final weekend of the season.
